Goals In this course students recognition of rheumatic diseases, imparts knowledge and skills in order to make the treatment of these diseases and rehabilitation programs.
Course Content Immunity, inflammation and pain, Rheumatologic patient approach treatment and exercise in acute, subacute and chronic painful conditions of rheumatic disease, Neck pain patients and physical therapy approach, Shoulder pain patients in rehabilitation approaches Waist pain of physical therapy in the application area, exercise and back school applications Fibromyalgia and approaches and treatments to patients with myofascial pain syndrome, physical therapy for hip pain, the selection of modalities and rehabilitation rahbilitasyo of physical therapy and in patients with knee pain Ankylosing Spondylitis patient approach and rehabilitation Rheumatoid Arthritis Patients in physical therapy, exercise modalities and applications In patients with osteoarthritis pain relief modalities and exercise programs, Osteoporosis and exercise The use of orthoses and walking aids in rheumatic diseases)
Learning Outcomes 1) Know the contents of rheumatic diseases.
2) Identify additional devices to be needed in addition to rheumatic diseases
3) Use tools and devices for physical therapy and rehabilitation applications
4) Evaluates the indications and contraindications of the applications
