Goals To ensure that the students from the departments of Political Science & Public Administration, Public Finance, Labor Economics & Industrial Relations, Economics and Business Administration have the fundamental knowledge in the field of Law of Obligations and that they can make legal assessment in this field.
Course Content The course of Law of Obligations involves the source of obligation, its origin, rights arising from such relations and exercise of those rights, obligations of the parties and performance of obligations, cases breaching obligations and their results and cases terminating obligation relations.
Learning Outcomes 1) To have the fundamental knowledge about the content and function of Law of Obligations
2) To have the knowledge about the system of Turkish Code of Obligations
3) To learn solving legal problems based on Law of Obligations
