In the success evaluation of the students, criteria such as midterm exams, final exams, homework, quizzes, quizzes, attendance, final exams are evaluated by managing the criteria through the student information system as 40% in the semester and 60% at the end of the semester. For each course taken by the students, one of the following letter grades is assigned by the instructor as the final course grade.
The point equivalents and coefficients of the letter grades are given in the table below:

A: It refers to the letter grade given to students who show outstanding success in a course and shown on the student status document (transcript).
Among the courses a student takes in a semester / year, courses with a grade of (C3) 2.00 and above are considered successful, and courses with (F1), (F2), (F3) and (F4) are considered unsuccessful.
Students who successfully complete all the courses of the program they are enrolled in and have a cumulative grade point average (C3) of 2.00 and above are entitled to receive a diploma.
F3: Did not take the final exam even though he/she had the right to take the final exam, failed.
F4: No right to take the final exam and make-up exam due to absenteeism, unsuccessful.
