About Program

It is a 2 years program composed of at least 120 ECTS [at least 7 courses (56 ECTS) + Seminar (4 ECTS) + Thesis (60 ECTS). Prerequisite for the Master of Science degree program is to have completed a master's degree  of dairy technology program. Preparatory programs are implemented for the students who graduated from the bachelor’s degree program in different departments.

Goals

To graduate dairy technologists who have higher education sufficiencies, who are able to contribute to the field of dairy technology on practical and/or theoretical grounds, who are able to run R&D activities and who are able to contribute to overall world of science.

Summary of Program Outcomes

Program aims tograduate students;
i)  who are able to run R&D activities in advanced level,
ii) who are able to montior up-to-date technology
iii) who are able to design new strategies in dairy processing,
iv) who are able to analyze the experimental results and publish in written form
