Goals The effect of the medical record and documentation process on the quality of health services, the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the documents used in health institutions, and the methods of developing the documents are taught to the students.
Course Content Creation of patient files, forms and charts that make up the files, analysis of patient files in terms of quality and quantity, documents, forms, charts used from health institutions.
Learning Outcomes 1) Recognize the impact of medical records on the quality of health services.
2) Creates a medical document.
3) It ensures the security of existing information and documents.
