Goals To understand the techniques, tactics and rules of wrestling sport and to have the application skills.
Course Content The wrestling sport recognizes the motoric characteristic of the branch with its traditional and modern approach. Knows postures and grips. Know basic techniques on the ground and in the ground. Know wrestling rules and competitions and organizations.
