Goals From simple to harder in basketball, from part to whole, from whole to part teaching in basketball and basic basketball technics with ball and without ball.
Course Content History of basketball game, field measurements, technical, hold the ball, passing, shooting, dribbling, leg stance, fakes, screen, rebound, example work plan, team management teaching team tactics.
Learning Outcomes 1) Know defense techniques and basic stance in defense.
2) Know offensive techniques.
3) Know rust techniques and shooting techniques
4) Knows tourniquet and ball driving techniques.
