Goals Concepts of administration, management, manager and leadership within the framework of health institutions and health services, historical process of management science; management functions and principles; management process; To provide theoretical information on communication, conflict and motivation management in health institutions and to guide the application of this information in the development of professional knowledge and skills.
Course Content Administration; Management in Health Institutions; basic theories and historical process of management; manager, managerial styles and qualities that a successful manager should have and ways to gain them; Health institutions management process; Communication skills in the management process of health institutions; Health institutions motivation in the management process, motivation theories and applications; Conflict management in the management process of health institutions.
Learning Outcomes 1) To know the basic concepts of management science.
2) To know the basic concepts of health services and management of health institutions.
3) To know the concepts of communication, conflict and motivation and how to use this information in professional practice.
