Goals The aim of the course is to examine the national legal regulations related to health and health services.
Course Content Basic concepts related to legislation and health legislation; sources of law; legislation on public and environmental health in Turkish health legislation, legislation on health services financing, procurement legislation, legislation on the rights and obligations of health personnel, legislation on patient rights and emergency health services and indirectly related legislation constitute the content of this course.
Learning Outcomes 1) Will have information about the legislation, law, presidential decree, regulation, other regulatory legislation.
2) Will learn the practices related to health legislation in Turkey.
3) Will have information about the basic legislation and indirectly related legislation related to health and health services.
