Goals The aim of the Course is to give the students the main notions on the sources of the law of obligations
Course Content The content of the course is mainly based on contracts, torts and unjust richment
Learning Outcomes 1) Lists the concepts and institutions for the area of obligations law
2) Analyses the theoretical basis of area of obligations law
3) Implements the methodology of law of obligations
4) Analyses the legislation, judgments and scientific sources related to the area of obligations law
5) Lists and argues the problems that are faced due to the implementation of issues related to oblig
6) Lists and argues about the matters related to obligations.
7) Analyses the inter-relations between the concepts and institutions of obligations law.
8) Determines and evaluates the inter-relations between obligations law and other areas of law
