Goals Teaching basic formation of Administrative Law which contains relations which is based on public force between Administration and individuals and community.
Course Content Notion of administration, administrative fonction, administrative acts, contracts of administration, competence of administration, public services, police, administrative liability,administrative organization.
Learning Outcomes 1) Is able to put forward the concepts and bodies relevant to administrative law, and specifies the relations between those bodies
2) Be informed of legislation, adjudication and doctrine related to administrative law
3) Reveals the probable and emergent problematique related to administrative law.
4) Is able to review, interpret, and evaluate the legislation texts, adjudication, and scientific treatise, according to the methods provided by law methodology
5) Carries out advanced studies about the legal disputes related to administrative law, assumes personal responsibility to develop solutions for the problematiques,
6) Develops a contemporary perception of administrative law, by keeping a watchful eye over dynamic changes in abstract and practical developments in administrative law,
7) Develops a critical approach based on the gained skillset and toolbox related to administrative law.
8) Is able to settle the legal disputes in the field of administrative law, according to the law that “is” and the law that “should be”
