Goals Teaching basic formation of Adminisrative Judicial Review which contains procedure rules and subjects which being executed in administrative courts that practise judicial rewiev of administrative acts
Course Content Administrative judicial organization, scope of administrative judicial review, types of administrative litigations, legal proceedings, stay of execution, administrative remedies and execution of administrative judicial decisions
Learning Outcomes 1) Information about structure and process of organs that provide judicial rewiev
2) Basic information about the method of judicial review
3) He/she carries out advanced studies on the resolution of legal disputes in the field of administrative procedure law and in this context, takes responsibility for these resolutions as a team member and as an individual
