Goals The main purpose of the course is to introduce the fundamental concepts of debt enforcement and bankruptcy law, to deliver the ability to evaluate and interpret those concepts and to follow new publications in the field.
Course Content The concept of debt enforcement and bankruptcy law, Organization of debt enforcement, The types of debt enforcement, Arrest, Organization of bankruptcy, Grounds of bankruptcy, Effects of bankruptcy, Liquidation, Action on annulment of disposal, Composition of creditors and reconstruction.
Learning Outcomes 1) Defines the fundamental concepts of debt enforcement and bankruptcy law
2) Distinguishes the concepts of debt enforcement and bankruptcy law, comments on them and separetes them from each other
3) Follows the legal changes and academic publications in the field of debt enforcement and bankruptcy law
4) Determines the problems in legal practice and develops solutions and examinations to them in the light of court decisions and doctrine.
5) Questions the legal disputes about debt enforcement and bankruptcy law, criticizes the court decisions and academic publications, takes responsibility to solve and examine complex problems.
6) Remembers the fundamental concepts and information on debt enforcement and bankruptcy law, researches the information that is lacked.
7) Provides information on the subjects that are related to debt enforcement and bankruptcy law, shares opinions or solutions both verbally and in a written form, contributes to professional projects and events
8) Makes an effort to solve concrete disputes according to constitutional principles, compares and examines "de lege lata" and "de lege feranda"
