Goals The main purpose of the course is to introduce the fundamental concepts of civil procedure law, to deliver the ability to evaluate and interpret those concepts and to follow new publications in the field.
Course Content The concept of civil procedure law, Organization of civil juridiciary, General Principles of civil judiciary
Learning Outcomes 1) Define the basic concepts and institutions related to civil procedure law.
2) Distinguish between concepts and institutions related to civil procedure law
3) Follows new legal regulations, legislative changes and scientific publications in the field of civil procedure law.
4) It offers solutions and evaluations about the disputes arising in the light of judicial decisions and scientific sources regarding civil procedure law.
5) Question legal disputes regarding civil procedure law, make criticisms of judicial decisions and scientific texts
6) Recall the basic concepts and information in the field of civil procedure law and conduct research on issues that lack knowledge.
7) Provides information to individuals and / or institutions on civil procedure law and conveys their thoughts and solutions in written or oral form.
8) It strives for fair resolution of concrete disputes within the framework of the Constitutional principles and principles regarding working life.
