Goals To assess the concept of law, the main problems of law and legal practise according to different philosophical perspectives.
Course Content The concept of law, the relationship between law and human rights, the morality of law, legal reasoning.
Learning Outcomes 1) Defines the relationship between the concepts of law and justice.
2) Evaluates legal regulations in terms of philosophy of law approaches.
3) Gains knowledge of the relationship between law, ethics and approaches to the philosophy of law.
