Goals İnformation about Determination of ethyl alcohol, cyanide and carbonmonoxide in blood; Extraction and characterization tests for barbiturates; Plumbum analysis by dithizone extraction; Delta aminolevulinic acid determination in urine for assessement of plumbum exposure; Toxicologic analysis in food and water; Chromathographic determination methods used in toxicology; Determination of organophosfate insecticides and narchotics by thin layer chromatography.
Course Content Determination of ethyl alcohol, cyanide and carbonmonoxide in blood; Extraction and characterization tests for barbiturates; Plumbum analysis by dithizone extraction; Delta aminolevulinic acid determination in urine for assessement of plumbum exposure; Toxicologic analysis in food and water; Chromathographic determination methods used in toxicology; Determination of organophosfate insecticides and narchotics by thin layer chromatography.
Learning Outcomes 1) "Could make the toxicological analyses and evaluations of the the toxicological informations of the natural and synthetic raw materials from the production to consumption"
