Goals The aim of this course is to introduce the reliation between Anatolia and Mesopotamia by reading letters of Kültepe Tablets which include social, political and managerial matters.
Course Content Letters from Kültepe Tablets, which are the Anatolias oldest written texts and belonging to 1900 B.C. are mentioned.
Learning Outcomes 1) Permeating deeply Akkadian language and writing
2) Obtaining knowledge about political, historical and social events of Old Assyrian Colony Period as reading related texts written in Old Asyyrian
3) Permeating deeply Akkadian.
