Goals BC. From the Kültepe tablets dating back to 1900 and constituting the oldest written documents of Anatolia, the documents written as letters are discussed. These letters, which give information about the social, economic and administrative structure of Anatolia in that period, are aimed to be informed about the colonial period by reading them in a way to explain the information about Anatolia-Mesopotamia relations.
Course Content B .C. From the Kültepe tablets, which date back to 1900 and constitute the oldest written documents of Anatolia, documents written as letters are discussed. These letters, which give information about the social, economic and administrative structure of Anatolia in that period, are read in a way to explain the information about Anatolia-Mesopotamia relations.
Learning Outcomes 1) To get detailed information about Akkadian language and garmmer.
2) Knowledge of Old Assyrian cuneiform
3) Knowledge about Kültepe Texts
