Goals To teach to create a diagnosis-treatment planning by evaluating the data obtained from clinical, radiological and other advanced examination methods and to explain the clinical and radiographic image and differential diagnosis of soft and hard tissue pathologies seen in the oral and maxillofacial region
Course Content Cognitive knowledge and clinical practice related with diagnosis and treatment planning, clinical and radiographic evaluation, radiographic lesions in the jaw bones, periodontal radiology, caries radiology, soft tissue diseases in the jaws, extraoral radiology techniques, advanced imaging methods, laboratory examinations
Learning Outcomes 1) Determines and applies the appropriate clinical and radiological diagnostic methods for the patient and the disease.
2) Measures the patient's vital signs (temperature, pulse, blood pressure, respiration) and correlates with the general health status
3) Modulates the diagnosis and treatment planning in a way that complements each other, accurately and completely by using clinical reasoning
