Goals In this course the authentic characteristic of the Greek and Roman Mythology is accentuated. Student is taught who the mythological heroes (gods and goddeses) are and how to know them using their visual and other characteristics.
Course Content In this course the most important heroes of the Classical Greek and Roman Mythology who are the gods and goddesses are introduced and their local reflections of these personalities are explained.
Learning Outcomes 1) Learnt the terms of mythos, belief, cult, ritual, religion and origins of the Classical Mythology and reletions with the Eastern Mythology
2) Learnt to recognise the gods, goddess, heroes and myths of Greek and Roman societies.
3) Learnt how the Greek and Roman myths wtih the Gods, Goddesses and Heroes are reflected in archaeological material culture
