Goals The main purpose of this lecture is to show the main characters of the architectural elements dated to the Archaic Period.
Course Content Archaic temples and public architecture is the main theme of this lecture.
Learning Outcomes 1) In Anatolia, Greece and Italy, it reveals the architecture and terminology of the Archaic period.
2) Students will have knowledge of Archaic city understanding and building types in regional and chronological order.
3) The archaic period examines religious, public and civil architectural examples.
4) Explain the architectural order and their development.
5) Explain the development of architectural elements in style and technique.
6) Gains the skill of making style-critical by using examples from the dating of the structures.
