Goals To provide students with a clear and logical presentation of the basic concepts and principles of physics • To enable students to understand how this concepts and principles are applied in vocational training • To make students acquire scientific thinking skills.
Course Content Mechanical Properties Of Matter, The Kınetıc Theory of Gases, Thermal Properties Of Matter and Thermodynamics
Learning Outcomes 1) Know the concepts of the mechanical properties of the material and use it to solve related problems.
2) Define the concepts related to heat, temperature and thermal energy and Solve the problems involving these concepts.
3) Explain the laws of thermodynamics (0th, 1st, and 2nd).
4) Know the types of heat transfer and give examples.
5) Explain light and optical phenomena
6) Know radiation and the types of radiation
