Goals The main aim of the course is to teach the rules and principles of design to establish basic criteria for the design of living environments. To set design elements principles & regulations conceptually in order to transform\realize abstract values todesign objects & establish the theoretlical base of design. Besides, to develop the visual perception in the frame of design principles & geometric relations by the use of two and three dimensional experimental studies also.
Course Content Lectures and student homework for developing knowledge and skills on design elements, design principles, analytical thinking, and problem-solving.
Learning Outcomes 1) He/She easily explain & interprete the basic design elements abd principles in landscape design studies
2) He/She discuss and criticise every design & art study in the frame of desic design principles
3) She/He understand the order and concepts used in geometry, mass, form, color, texture usages in design formation
4) She/He discuss the principles that are effecting visual perception in design & landscape design studies
