Goals İt is to provide the students with necessary fundamental principles and theory of the laws of punishment, obligation and of inheritance and maket hem aware of the relevant technical legal concepts.
Course Content The concepts of crime and punishment, elements of crime, characteristics of punishment, aims of punishment, serious crimes and definition of he proposed punishments fort hem; furthermore, the concepts of right(s) and obligation(s), sources of obligation and its termination; as well as important kinds of obligation(s) and matters with regard to the property of the deceased according to the law of inheritance and division of inheritance etc.build up the content(s) of the course.
Learning Outcomes 1) He Knows the basic technical concepts of Islamic Criminal Law.
2) He acquires the general principles of Islamic Criminal Law
3) He comprehends crimes in Islamic Criminal Law and the penalties foreseen by them
4) He knows the basic-technical concepts of Islamic Law of Debts
5) He knows the sources of debts, the end of debt and the important contract types in Islamic Law of Debts
6) He comprehends the basic concepts and principles of Islamic inheritance Law concerning the deeds of the deceased, the inheritance of inherited shares and inheritance
