Goals
İt is to make the students familiar with general principles of Muslim international law; fundamental principles of the law of judicial proceeding(s) and helps them be confident to take proper attitude towards arriving at sound and consistent solution.
Course Content
General principles of Muslim İnternational law its sources; the law of war and peace, important rules connected with the principles of the law of juidicial proceeding; the right of the just proceeding the general principles of legal proceedings followed by historical Outlook.
Learning Outcomes
1) He learns the necessity of the state in providing the social order.
2) He recognizes how state governance forms have developed in the historical process
3) He learns how the Islamic state is, how it develops, its basic elements and principles.
4) He understands that There will be no judicial proceedings in terms of Islamic religion and the right to a fair trial is the basic principle of Islam
5) He comprehends principles underlying the judicial process and the principles of the execution law
