Goals	Providing the most efficient level of communication and counselling by recognizing the communication and counselling techniques in religious services as well as learning the effective application principles.
Course Content	Concept of communication, phases of communication, communication conflicts, conflicts blocking communication in religious services, communication in religious services, counselling, concepts of dawah and irshad (religious guidance), counselling services in religious services, communication tools in religious services, effective communication methods in religious services, communication in religious services with published and visual examples.
Learning Outcomes	1) Learn the concepts of communication and counselling. 2) Learn the elements of the communication process. 3) Analyze the speaking, listening and comprehension in communication. 4) Learn the types of communication. 5) Learn the types of counselling. 6) Establish the revelation and counselling relationship. 7) Recognize the place of counselling in religious services. 8) Learn the effective communication methods. 9) Recognize the importance of using effective communication in religious services. 10) Evaluate the communication conflicts in relation to religious services. 11) Learn the preparation of preaching, sermonizing, etc. which are communication methods in religious services. 12) Prepare and present effective preaching and sermonizing.
