Goals In this course, it is aimed to apply the principles of electric current and to gain competences to solve all direct current electric circuits.
Course Content Static electricity, fundamental concepts, power and energy in direct current, circuit solutions in direct current, analysis of serial circuits, analysis of parallel circuits, analysis of circuits with serial and parallel connections together, mesh current method, node voltage method, ideal and real sources, Thevenin Theorem, Norton Theorem, superposition Theorem, maximum Power Theory, introduction to energy storing circuit elements, capacitor and inductance equations
Learning Outcomes 1) To apply the basic principles of the electric current effects
2) To make the basic circuit solutions
3) To make the complex circuit solutions
4) To calculate the effects of direct current on the circuit elements
