Goals Giving information to help managers in decision making and providing operational control.
Course Content The place of management accounting in the Financial Information system, the basic concepts of cost and management accounting, the structural analysis of costs, cost information as a management decision tool, profit planning, variable cost management, additional cost decisions, activity control and short-term planning, expense control, operating budgets, management control, measuring the effectiveness of managers, reporting.
