Course Content Healthy eating, exercise planning, mobilization, acquire healthy living habits, active and healthy aging
Learning Outcomes 1) Know the importance of healthy and active aging
2) Defines of elderly abuse, neglect, ageism
3) Provide adequate and balanced nutrition in elderly individuals
4) Makes the planning exercise in elderly
