Goals Understanding the historical development of biochemical toxicology, understanding of its principles and techniques, cellular interaction of toxic chemicals, enzyme proteins, genes and polymorphisms that catalyze biotransformation of xenobiotics, biochemical mechanisms of some organic chemicals and toxic effects on human health
Course Content The scope of biochemical toxicology, mechanism of effect of toxic chemicals, pathway of toxic substances in the organism, toxicokinetic, toxicodynamic, biochemical toxicological evaluation of some substances
Learning Outcomes 1) Knowledge of the principles and mechanisms of biochemical toxicology
