Course Content Description of basic molecular methods
Learning Outcomes 1) To be able to learn safe working pens in laboratories, cloning methods and materials for the examination of genes and knowledge about genomic variations by in-vitro cloning (PCR) method
2) Apply DNA and RNA gene, PCR, RFLP e FISH techniques
3) Safe working in the laboratory
4) Understands and applies the basic molecular techniques
5) discriminates different molecular techniques
6) Knows choosing the proper methods
