Goals To have knowledge about the basic principles and methods of cell culture, To practice cell isolation, culture, identification and cryopreservation techniques, To be able to work correctly, safely and successfully in cell culture laboratory
Course Content Safe working principles in laboratories and cell culture laboratories; Learning the principles and application methods of asepsis and sterilization in detail.
