Goals The aim of this course is to make students understand the development, the spread and effects of social psychiatry in historical and ideological aspects by a critical attitude.
Course Content At the end of the semester, students will learn to analyze the texts of social psychiatry.
Learning Outcomes 1) Students analyze social psychiatry texts by different theoretical approaches.
2) Students learn social psychiatry is a cultural and historical phenomenon.
3) Students understand the relationship between social psychiatry and cultural, political and economic power.
