Goals Education of students about UV-VIS spectroscopy.
Course Content Introduction to UV spectroscopy, Electromagnetic radiation and properties of spectrum, Lambert-Beer Law, Transitions in organic molecules, Components of UV spectrometry, Measurement of spectrum and calculations, Sample preparation techniques for calibration curve.
Learning Outcomes 1) Knows chemical,physical and technologycal properties about enstrumental analyses methods (UV, IR, NMR Mass and Elementel Analyses), practice of this methods, resources, pharmacopea analyses.
2) Gains information about using the all devices for design, synthesis, qualitative and quantitative analyses on pharmaceutical chemistry area.
3) Cooperate with pharmaceutical industry and drug quality control laboratory and consult them.
4) Participate in University, industry, drug quality control laboratories.
