Goals This course is design to study the application of economic methods to the health field in order to improve the health status and the health system overall.
Course Content The definition of health economics, basic concepts, health expenditure, enflation and health expenditures, health financing policies, economic evaluation methods, sustainable development and health, economic growth and health, planning and health, demand supply market and health, market failure in health. pharmaeconomics.
Learning Outcomes 1) Students explain the definition, importance and reasons of development of health economics.
