Goals The goal of this course is to show different samples of two different dialects in Akkadian. Texts of Assyrian and Babylonian from different periods are used to show the changes in characters in writings.
Course Content Written texts of Assyrian and Babylonian with two different dialects are mentioned. Texts of different periods are also included to show and teach the changes in characters in writing and dialectics.
Learning Outcomes 1) To get detailed information about Akkadian language and garmeri.
2) To have detailed information about both the changes of the typefaces and the dialect changes and the styles by emphasizing on the examples of the texts written in Assyrian and Babylonian, which are two different dialects of Akkadian.
3) To get detailed information about Akkadian language and garmeri.
