Goals Aim of this course is to provide students basic knowledge on spesific subjects of international law, such as subjects of international law, protection of human rights, law of the sea, environmental law, law of space and airspace, international responsibility, diplomatic immunities, use of force and humanitarian law.
Course Content First topic is the subjects of international law, namely states, international organizations and persons. Then we move to specific topics and examine prvisions relating to the sea, airspace, space, responsibility, diplomatic immunities, use of force and humanitarian law.
Learning Outcomes 1) Uluslararası İlişkiler disiplininin temel ayakları olan Uluslararası Politika, Uluslararası İlişkiler Teorisi, Siyasi Tarih ve Uluslararası Hukuk alanında kuramsal, tarihsel ve güncel bilgiye sahiptir.
2) Uluslararası İlişkiler alanında güncel verileri izleyebilir, değerlendirebilir ve sahip olduğu bilgiler üzerinden değerlendirir ve yorumlar.
3) Güncel uluslararası hukuk sorunları hakkında bilgi edinir.
