Goals	To learn and to analyze Turkish Foreign Policy at the Period of 1919-1960
Course Content	This course focuses on the international system and the Turkish internal and foreign policy between the periods of 1945-1960 and 1960-1980. The first volume of “Türk Dış Politikası Kurtuluş Savaşı‟ndan Bugüne Olgular, Belgeler, Yorumlar” is the recommended textbook of the course.
Learning Outcomes	1) To learn how foreign policy was created and carried out in the War of Independence. 2) Understanding the Lausanne Order. 3) To perceive the priority agenda items of the Turkish Foreign Policy during 1923-1939 period. 4) To understand the foreign policy of the Second World War. 5) To learn how the Cold War dynamics affect Turkey. 6) Understand how domestic and foreign policy relations work in Turkey 7) To learn the relation between geopolitical position and foreign policy. 8) To learn the relationship between economy and foreign policy. 9) To learn the relationship between security and foreign policy.
