Goals World Landscape History course aims to introduce and analyze the best examples of Landscape Architecture which is formed in different geographies, in different ways as a result of the environmental and cultural impacts
Course Content Historical and theoretical movements in landscape architecture will be introduced and landscapes of different periods will be related with the cultural, environmental, technological, economic and political framework.
Learning Outcomes 1) Evaluates landscape design in the context of history and culture
2) Interpret the factors and processes that reveal man-made landscapes in different geographies.
3) Increases the ability of knowledge and analysis landscape architecture theory and history
