Goals To instruct, to inform, to transfer knowledge and experience on sustainable land use planning that integrated ecological, economical and social data in frame of planning
Course Content The relationship between natural resources and landuse. The evaluation and develepment of natural and cultural resources in the frame of protection-usage balance. Ecological planning principles for sustainable development. The integration of landuse decisions with the principles of environmental & socioeconomic sustainability.
Learning Outcomes 1) 1. Have knowledge of the role and significance of land use planning in sustainable rural development and environmental and ecological structure of sustainable rural development studies
2) 2. Helps correlate a relationship between environmental protection, land use planning and development
3) 3. Have knowledge of problems in land use planning studies within different economic approaches, examples from sustainable land use planning studies and problems in practice in our country
4) 4. Adopt and embrace ecological planning principles for sustainability and taking part in interdisciplinary studies with planning teams
