Goals Teaching the natural, socio-cultural and economic resources affecting and directing planning as the basic stage of the landscape planning process. To provide reading of the landscape by introducing the relations between these sources.
Course Content Inventory of natural, socio-cultural and economic resources; Reading and interpretation of maps at different scales.
Learning Outcomes 1) Inventory of natural, socio-cultural and economic resources within the scope of Landscape Planning studies
2) Understanding and interpreting of the 1/100 000, 1/50 000, 1/25 000 scales maps
3) Defining the problems and possibilities of the planning area
4) Analyzing of the landscape sources
5) Definition and interpretation of relationship between inventory and resources
6) Generating maps for plandscape resources and analyzes
