Goals System Engineering is a collection of optimization applications that can be used to solve engineering problems in agriculture. It is aimed that students will be able to decide on different alternatives and have knowledge and skills about the linear programming technique.
Course Content System, system engineering, optimization techniques, linear programming, integer linear programming, transportation, transshipment, assignment models, dynamic programming the shortest path, optimum resource allocation, production-inventory models, software’s related these subjects.
Learning Outcomes 1) 1. Understanding Systems Engineering topics and gaining problem-solving skills
2) 2. Gives students the ability to make decisions about different alternatives and enables them to have knowledge and skills in matters related to linear programming techniques
3) 3. Has knowledge about system, model, operation research, optimization, model building, decision steps
4) 4. Understands the fundamentals of linear programming, simplex and vgraphic solutions, solves problems related to their own subjects and gains the ability to use related programs
