Goals Learn to review priciples scientific of chicken production
Course Content Developments in poultry industry and poultry in Turkey, origin of chicken and process of domestication, chicken breeds and hybrids, main principles of breeding, chicken anatomy and physiology, biological structure of chickens, chicken products, parent-stock management, development of embryo and incubation, chick and pullet growth, commercial layer and broiler management, poultry houses and equipment, diseases of poultry, principles.of sanitation.
Learning Outcomes 1) Learn the breeds of the chicken.
2) Learn the management and maintain of the poultry house.
3) Learn the broiler and layer husbandry.
