Goals Goals of the Course: Structure and properties of DNA in pro- and eukaryotes
Course Content Nucleic acids and genetic materials, the structure of DNA, denaturation and renaturation, replication in pro- and eukaryote, the function of DNA, the structure of gene, the relationship of gene and protein, transcription, genetic code, translation, RNA and RNA processing, the organization of DNA on choromosome
