Goals Teaching basic knowledge required in practical applications in pharmaceutical technology, teaching methods of preparation of liquid dosage forms and general properties, learning of solution type prescriptions.
Course Content The effect of particle sizes of solid materials on the dissolution of the motion and physicochemical structure of the solid materials, Alcoholic sapphire solution, Alibor water, Aluminum subacetate solution, Aluminium, Sodium hydroxide solution, Dipstick weight, Drop weight and number of drops and dripping technique, Subacetate solution and liquids of Baume, Lime juice, Ethanol Iodine solution (TF 1974), Lugol solution, Iodinated colloid, Phenolic Glycerine solution, Free Iodine solution, Diluted Hydrogen Peroxide solution, Simple syrup, Mint juice, Resorcinol-Salicylic acid solution , Active chlorine amount determination, Neutral Sodium Hypochlorite solution, Magnesium Citrate lemonade, glass container controls, rubber stopper controls, hydrophilic cotton control, hydrophilic gaseous control, practical applications.
Learning Outcomes 1) Pharmaceutical measurement units, dose calculations, learn prescribing information
2) Know the instruments and devices used in drug production
3) Gain theoretical and practical knowledge of the preparation of drug forms in solution form
4) Obtains information on the structure and control of packaging material, dressing material and surgical materials
5) It acquires the ability to research and prepare prescriptions for the subjects of this semester
