Goals To learn the officinal prescription samples of suspension, emulsion, cleavage and suppository dosage forms, to learn the surface tension, rheological properties, determination of sedimentation rate in osmosis and suppository pouches and to study the efficacy of active substances in the preparation of different prescriptions it is to learn.
Course Content Liquid Paraffin emulsion (I), Liquid Paraffin emulsion (II), Simple ointment, Hydrophilic ointment Glycerine ointment, Y / S type cream, Liquid paraffin emulsion (I) Soap Glycerin Suppository, Lip Color, Oil Free Cream, Cleansing Cream, Cleansing Cream, Cleansing Cream, Lipstick, Wilkinson Ointment, Zinc Oxide Gelatin, Hair Removal Cream, Zinc Oxide Ointment, Zinc Oxide Paste, Examination of Some Properties of Different Ointment Liquids, Paracetamol suppositories, chlorhydrate suppositories, in vitro examination of active substance output from suppositories, pharmaceutical information on practical applications.
Learning Outcomes 1) Learns colloids and multiphase pharmaceutical systems, their production and their controls
2) Have knowledge about adsorption and pharmaceutical evaluations
3) Know the rheology and pharmaceutical evaluations
4) Learn the production and pharmaceutical evaluations of disperse systems
5) Has information about semi-solid drug forms and cosmetics
6) Learn suppository and ovules
7) It acquires the ability to research and prepare prescriptions for the subjects of this semester
