Goals Description of the growth and development. The principles of development. The phases of life-long movement development. Movement groups and their periodic movements. Some parameters, tests and programs which related with motor development. To make physical activity programs and practice in pre-school institutions.
Course Content Descriptions and principles of development, physical growth, motor development. The factors wich effect motor development. Genetical, physical and environmental factors. Balancing, manipulative and locomotor movement groups. To prepare motor development programs and testing motor development. To make physical activity programs and practice in pre-school institutions.
Learning Outcomes 1) Examines the theoretical foundations of comparative education.
2) Uses the methods used in comparative education.
3) program development activities in Turkey in various countries and examines the comparative perspective.
4) Discuss the aims and principles of compulsory education in various countries.
5) Analyze the similarities and differences of different education systems.
