Goals In this course, different approaches to pre-school education will be examined based on the developmental characteristics and learning needs of pre-school children. In addition, early childhood program design approaches, elements of the program and basic concepts related to program development will be reviewed. pre-school practice common in Turkey and some countries will be compared by examining training programs models. Draft training programs for children with different requirements will be prepared.

Learning Outcomes 1) Understands the different approaches based on the developmental characteristics and learning needs of preschool children.
2) Adopts the basic concepts and program elements related to curriculum development to early childhood program design approaches.
3) Knows the preschool education program models which are common practice in our country and other countries.
4) Develops draft programs by examining the developed educational programs for children with different needs.
