Goals	It provides information about the types of goods and types of equipment, the location of the land and the basic concepts related to the land, the scope of the land, the right of ownership on the land and its protection, shared ownership and joint ownership, ownership and unification of lands.
Course Content	The concept and types of goods, the place of the land among the types of goods and the basic concepts regarding the land, scope of land, horizontal and vertical concepts related to land, the scope of the land when considered a substance, structures, plants and resources, possession and its protection on the land, land registration and land registry principles, the registries and documents of the land registry, the evaluation of the land registry examples in different countries, the registration of the land, the real rights that can be established on the land, establishment and protection of property rights on land, co-ownership and joint ownership, identifying the impact of land fragmentation and re-unification on legislation and current issues, interpretation of legal regulations, analysis of case studies, review of secondary materials and judicial decisions, identification of problem areas, evaluation and discussion.
