Goals The concept and types of goods, the location of land in the types of goods and the basic concepts of the land, the scope of the land, the right to property and protection on the land, ownership of ownership and cooperation, division and merging of land
Course Content The concept and types of goods, the place of the land among the types of goods and the basic concepts regarding the land, scope of land, horizontal and vertical concepts related to land, the scope of the land when considered a substance, structures, plants and resources, possession and its protection on the land, land registration and land registry principles, the registries and documents of the land registry, the evaluation of the land registry examples in different countries, the registration of the land, the real rights that can be established on the land, establishment and protection of property rights on land, co-ownership and joint ownership, identifying the impact of land fragmentation and re-unification on legislation and current issues, interpretation of legal regulations, analysis of case studies, review of secondary materials and judicial decisions, identification of problem areas, evaluation and discussion.

3) The division of the territories and their integration in Turkish Law
